You’ve got 3 minutes, a mic and an audience to entertain! What Will You READ! This month’s theme is Winter Nights, but remember, you don’t have to read on the theme, you can read whatever you want!
AND Monday, November 7 at 7:00 pm in ArtSpace, we’ve got a great concert with Peter Katz, winner of the CBC Galaxie Rising Star Award, Grand prize winner of Toronto’s IndieWeek, and nominated as the Emerging Artist of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards. And we’ve got tickets for Joanna Chapman-Smith, the Canadian Songstress that CBC’s Q called “The slinky-voiced Canadian whose arch acoustic musings and fondness for the accordion come laced with a hint of Parisian cafes and East European Klezmer music.” Tickets for her November 12 show in ArtSpace ($12 in advance, $15 at the door) are available NOW!
